Les propri\u00e9taires ont construit une maison solaire passive d\u2019environ 186 m2<\/sup><\/abbr> (2000 2000 pi\u00b2<\/abbr>\u00e9quip\u00e9e de panneaux solaires thermiques pour le chauffage de l\u2019eau sanitaire, en 2007.<\/p>\n

Ils ont utilis\u00e9 le concept de Don Roscoe<\/a> pour les maisons solaires passives<\/p>\n

The house is rated above R-2000<\/a> avec un cote \u00c9nerGuide<\/a> rating of 84,\u00a0and was built by Sackville-based Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite par la EnerGreen Builders Co\u2011operative<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They only use solar heat and an under-sized (rated for 149 m2<\/sup><\/abbr> (1600 2000 pi\u00b2<\/abbr>pour chauffer la maison, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement maintenue \u00e0 21 \u00b0C °C<\/abbr> (69.8 °F<\/abbr>pendant le jour et \u00e0 17 \u00b0C °C<\/abbr> (62.6 °F<\/abbr>pendant la nuit.<\/p>\n
